Ms. Oto is an accomplished professional with over 25 years experience in higher education management. She developed the Certificate and Internship programs for UC Irvine’s Division of Continuing Education for international students and oversaw areas including admissions, academic advising, and support skills instruction. She is an expert in the design, delivery and evaluation of academic and culturally relevant programs, and created short-term training for international groups from governmental bodies, corporations, and academic institutions. Currently, she is an educational consultant creating partnerships between institutions and organizations. Her personal mission is to create educational opportunities, online and in-person, for students and professionals from around-the-world. She believes that through education comes awareness and understanding.
